
Fi Hendry is your Mat Pilates Coach based at Dean Tennis Club and The Grange Club in Stockbridge. Join Fi's group for regular practice to develop strength, improve posture and mobility and stay active for life. Every session is different, we explore easy flow moves using Pilates as the proven method - working at your own pace to build deeper muscular strength and build your body awareness - you feel the difference in just a few sessions and leave feeling rejuvenated, reset and energised.
