Fi Hendry is your Mat Pilates Coach based at Dean Tennis Club and The Grange Club in Stockbridge. Fi offers expert guidance to help you develop strength, enhance your posture and stay active for life.  All levels are welcome, join us for regular practice and you will soon feel and see a difference.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing lower back pain, or simply want to improve your postural alignment - Pilates is a proven method to build deeper muscular strength and increase body awareness. Leave every session feeling rejuvenated, reset and energised.

Fi provides private In person sessions held in the Dean Tennis Club for individuals or small groups.  
Recommended for those who want to improve posture, start from scratch or refresh practice before

joining group class.
