Fi Hendry is a Certified Mat Pilates Coach based in Edinburgh, offering expert guidance to help you develop strength, enhance your posture, and stay active for life.

Group Mat Class is held in the Club room at the Dean Tennis Club in Stockbridge
Monday 9:15 - 10:00am  

Tuesday 6:00 - 6:45pm

At the Grange Cricket Club in Stockbridge

Wednesday 9:00 - 9:45am

Back Care for older adults Wednesday 10:00 - 10:50am

 
All ages, abilities and non Club members are welcome.

Private In person sessions are held at the Dean Tennis Club for individuals or small groups.  
Focus sessions are highly recommended for those who want to improve posture, start from scratch or refresh practice before joining group class.
