Fi Hendry is a Certified Mat Pilates Coach based in Edinburgh, offering expert guidance to help you develop strength, enhance your posture, and stay active for life.  Fi believes that movement is the key to feeling strong, flexible, and energised—at any age.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing lower back pain, or simply want to improve your alignment, Pilates is a proven method to build deeper muscular strength and increase body awareness.

Weekly Group class at the Dean Tennis Club

Class times: Monday 9:15am I  Tuesday 6pm  I  Thursday 6.45pm 

Class is 45 minutes for all ages and abilities and up to 12 attend - non Club members are welcome

121 Focus Sessions

​

Private In person sessions are held at the Dean Tennis Club for individuals or small groups.  

Focus sessions are highly recommended for those who want to improve posture, start from scratch or refresh practice before joining group class.

Benefit from Fi's personalised approach - ideal for addressing specific movement concerns, building your inner awareness and confidence.  Fi helps you gain understanding of how pilates increases joint mobility and flexibility, improves postural alignment and strengthens deeper musculature with the aim to start moving more with ease.
